About Double Cut Steak House
Double Cut is a contemporary steakhouse at Kalahari Resort, with a stylish dining room and a cocktail lounge. The menu is surf and turf, served a la carte: porterhouse, filet and bone-in ribeye, plus crab cakes, salmon and a sushi platter. Start with oysters Rockefeller or escargot, share sides like asparagus, creamed corn and truffle fries, and finish with creme brulee or banana pudding cheesecake. There’s no background music, so it’s easy to talk, which makes it a good choice for a date night.
