The Rick Wilcox Magic Theater on the Parkway is home to Rick and Suzan Wilcox’s family-friendly magic and illusion show, which has played in its own theater since 1999 and changes every year. Expect big illusions, like a floating table, a levitation on a ladder, a helicopter that disappears and a car that appears out of nowhere, along with doves and close-up card and coin magic. Kids and grown-ups get pulled up on stage to help, which is a big part of the fun. The theater was built for magic, the seats are comfortable, and there isn’t a bad view in the house. The show runs about an hour and a half, and concessions sell popcorn, candy and magic wands.
