Market Square Cheese is a family-owned cheese shop on the south end of the Parkway in Lake Delton, next to the Tanger Outlets just off I-90/94 at exit 92. The family has been selling cheese since 1969, with roots in a cheese factory in Humbird, Wisconsin, that goes back to the 1930s, and the shop sells more than 100 tons of Wisconsin cheese a year. Besides cheese there’s homemade sausage, homemade fudge, 16 flavors of ice cream, jams, honey, maple candy and 1919 Root Beer. Gift boxes ship anywhere in the continental U.S., so it’s an easy place to send some Wisconsin home. You can’t miss the giant cheese-wedge sign out front.
